Please note that Watling Street Primary Care Network will be closed on all upcoming bank holidays.

Who to Contact While We Are Closed
If you require urgent medical help while the surgery is closed, please call NHS 111. For life-threatening emergencies, always dial 999 immediately.

Prescriptions
Please ensure you order any repeat prescriptions well in advance of the bank holiday closures to avoid running out of medication. We recommend submitting your prescription request at least 7 working days before the closure.

Bank Holiday

Are you prepared for the Bank Holiday?

Have You Ordered Your Repeat Prescription?

To avoid delays in getting your medicines during the bank holiday, make sure to order your prescriptions in good time.

Prescriptions can take 3-5 working days to be processed before being sent to the pharmacy.

Remember, you do not need to call your GP surgery for a repeat prescription. You can order your medications through the NHS App or through your GP practices website.

Please note, not all pharmacies are open on bank holiday and majority work reduced hours. To find out if your local pharmacy is open please click the link below.
